Transparency rules at Mercedes
Toto Wolff maintains that Mercedes will continue to allow its drivers access to each other's data, even though they are likely to contest the Drivers' Championship title.
Lewis Hamilton, who won the last two races (in Malaysia and Bahrain), revealed after his victory at Sakhir that the apparent advantage he had in terms of tyre life and fuel efficiency at Sepang no longer existed because Nico Rosberg was allowed to study his telemetry.
"The open information policy is something that we will always continue to have," Wolff revealed to Autosport.
"It is a rule that both sides of the garage are open and transparent with each other.
