Hamilton sets pace in final practice
Mercedes AMG Petronas
Lewis Hamilton continued Mercedes’s good form by setting the fastest time during the final practice session ahead of the Bahrain Grand Prix.
Hamilton was a tenth of a second quicker than Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg, with Force India’ Sergio Pérez half a second further back in third.
Valtteri Bottas and Felipe Massa remained in the Williams garage for the first half of the session but still set times quick enough to end the session fourth and fifth fastest.
Jenson Button was sixth, with Fernando Alonso the fastest non-Mercedes powered car in seventh.
Nico Hülkenberg finished eighth for Force India, ahead of Toro Rosso’s Daniil Kvyat and McLaren driver Kevin...
