Maldonado: We will make progress in Bahrain

– Pastor Maldonado is confident Lotus will continue to improve this weekend in Bahrain and has said Malaysia was 'clearly' a step forwards. The Enstone team has struggled so far this season, but while Maldonado retired in Sepang on Sunday, the squad still got a boost of sorts when Romain Grosjean got his E22 to the chequered flag, coming home in eleventh place, just outside the points. “From the start [in Malaysia] we were losing a lot of power which meant I had to retire in order to protect the engine.
