Vettel hits out at new Formula 1 engine sound

– Sebastian Vettel has joined the list of those criticising Formula 1's new engine sound, with the reigning World Champion arguing that the sport has lost a key element amid its latest regulation overhaul. Vettel watched the action from the pit wall after his early retirement at the season-opening Australian Grand Prix and was left with the view that the turbocharged 1.6-litre V6 units sound a lot worse than their V8 predecessors.
