Renault: Most of power-unit problems fixed

Renault Sport F1 says the majority of the problems with its V6 Turbo power-unit are now fixed ahead of the second race weekend of the year in Malaysia. The French manufacturer said prior to the 2014 season opener in Australia that its recovery plan was 'on course' after a difficult 12 days of pre-season testing in Spain and Bahrain. However, of the five Renault-powered cars that retired from the 57-lap race, four were caused by problems with the power-unit. Sebastian Vettel was the most high-profile driver to exit the race after a problem on lap four.
