Australian GP says sound breached contract
– Australian Grand Prix organisers claim that their race contract was breached this season, as a result of the sport's new turbocharged engines being much quieter than the previous V8 powerplants. Australian Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC) Chairman Ron Walker says he has already talked to Formula 1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone over the matter, with both men eager for there to be significant changes.
