Stewards explain reasons behind Ricciardo exclusion
With news that Daniel Ricciardo has been excluded from the Australian Grand Prix, thus losing his second place finish, the FIA released a lengthy explanation as to how they came to their decision. 1) The Technical Delegate reported to the Stewards that Car 3 exceeded the required fuel mass flow of 100kg/h.
