Brake issue caused Kobayashi crash

Sutton Images Enlarge Kamui Kobayashi's first corner accident at the Australian Grand Prix was due to a "serious technical failure" and not driver error, according to the stewards investigating the incident. Kobayashi locked up both front tyres on the run down to Turn 1, hitting Kimi Raikkonen's Ferrari and taking out Felipe Massa's Williams on his way to the gravel trap. The team confirmed he suffered a brake system issue and is now working with the FIA to solve the problem.
