2014 Formula 1 Season Preview: Part 3
For these Toro Rosso, Caterham and Marussia, 2014 provides the perfect opportunity to make that elusive 'next step'. Whether that means challenging the big teams on a regular basis, or just merely scoring points, change is afoot at the tail end of the F1 field.
As the de facto stomping ground for Red Bull’s latest protégés, a lot of attention is placed on Toro Rosso in regards to the state of play in Red Bull’s own camp.
