Ericsson: 'We are as ready as we can be'

Marcus Ericsson says the Caterham F1 Team is as prepared as it can be for the opening round of the 2014 season, where he will make his F1 debut. The Leafield-based outfit's CT05 proved to be the most reliable Renault-powered car during winter testing. After a difficult start in Jerez, the team managed to gain plenty of mileage in Bahrain and ended the 12 test days with a total of 621 laps. 'We’ve done everything we can to prepare, but, honestly, I don’t think you can ever prepare for what it’ll feel like in the car, sitting on the grid as the lights go out in my debut race – however, that feeling will go very quickly and I know I’m ready to race,' admitted the Swedish driver....
