Magnussen 'pretty excited' for Oz GP

Kevin Magnussen says he won't "feel uncomfortable" going into the Australian GP having done a race simulation during his final day of testing. Magnussen, who won last year's Formula Renault 3.5 Series, is making the step up to Formula One this season with the McLaren team. The Dane has been putting in the laps in Bahrain in preparation and on Saturday, his final day of testing, he covered 88 laps. Conducting a race simulation, Magnussen also put in a run on the soft Pirelli tyres to finish the day fourth quickest, 2.636s off the pace "We had some electrical problems in the morning, but sorted them pretty quickly, and complete most of the run-programme," he said....
