Fry admits 2014 cars take twice as long to fix

Ferrari's engineering director Pat Fry believes mechanical issues with the new 2014 cars currently take twice as long to solve in comparison to last season. All 11 teams on this year's grid have suffered lengthy delays during winter testing due to repair work, including Ferrari who lost several hours of track time on day three as they fixed a telemetry problem with the F14 T. 'The cars are so complicated, it takes a while to get in and find the problems,' Fry told AUTOSPORT. 'It's harder getting to the bits you need to change than changing the bits themselves.
