Seven reasons why Williams could end a decade-long struggle

When Juan Pablo Montoya won the season-ending race in Brazil in 2004, it gave some hope that the British team would continue to be among the front-runners for years to follow. But it went all downhill after that. By 2006, Williams lost engine supplier BMW and ran on Cosworth units that year, only to switch to Toyota engines for the following championship. After the Japanese manufacturer made its exit from Formula One, the Grove-based outfit reverted to Cosworths in 2010. All this while, it failed to add a single race win since Montoya’s triumph.
