Ericsson earns F1 superlicense

Marcus Ericsson has completed enough mileage to qualify for his all-important F1 superlicense, following a productive day of testing at the wheel of the Caterham CT05 in Bahrain. It was a smooth and trouble-free third day of testing at the Bahrain International Circuit for the Leafield-based outfit, with 2014 rookie Ericsson gaining 98 laps worth of experience in the team's 2014 machine. The Swedish driver set the 10th fastest time of the day, but his running focused largely on long runs.
