Grosjean to debut the E22
Lotus have announced that Romain Grosjean will debut the E22 at this week's Bahrain test. The Frenchman will drive the car, the last of the eleven cars to be launched for the new F1 season, on the opening two days of the four-day event which starts on Wednesday.
Newly-appointed team-mate Pastor Maldonado will then take over driving duties for the final two days, Friday and Saturday.
The cash-strapped outfit were the only F1 team not to run at the Jerez test and have recently suffered the blow of losing their Team Principal, Eric Boullier, to McLaren.
They did, however, run the E22 for the first time a week ago at a behind-closed-doors filming event at Jerez.
