Villeneuve: F1 is losing its way

1997 world champion Jacques Villeneuve has hit out at F1 claiming that it is artificial and losing its way.The outspoken French-Canadian came to F1 in 1996 after what seemed like years of waiting. Son of the legendary Ferrari (and McLaren) driver Gilles Villeneuve, one of the most inspiring and mercurial talents to grace the sport, Jacques first made his mark in Indy Car, winning the title in 1995 at the second attempt.
