F1 2014 – Renault powered Toro Rosso suffers issues

The Renault powered Toro Rosso suffered technical problems during a promotional filming day yesterday.Reports are claiming that the Renault powered car suffered issues with the software and battery, similar issues to what teams were experiencing at the opening pre-season test.Reports suggest the team only managed 70km of running from the 100km they were allowed, although rain did bring the test to a halt at numerous intervals.It was thought that Renault had solved their issues after Lotus completed a 100km with the updated Renault engine in place.
