Domenicali: Formula 1 must target youngsters

Scuderia Ferrari Formula 1 must target younger fans, according to Ferrari team principal Stefano Domenicali. The Italian moved to downplay suggestions that Formula 1 is facing a problematic situation with slower cars and new power units, with a few drivers not keen on the noise emitted by the power units. But Domenicali insists that people must wait until the full picture of the 2014 season unfolds. "In this situation, it’s best not to rush to draw any conclusions, and play into the hands of those scaremongers, as a propensity for self-destruction serves no purpose," he said ahead of next week's second test in Bahrain.
