New rules undermine budget cap Mateschitz

Red Bull owner Dietrich Mateschitz believes the new regulations undermine the proposed new budget cap.Following a meeting of the World Motor Sport Council (WMSC) in January it was announced that cost reduction and control regulations will be presented in June for implementation in 2015.
