Lotus, Marussia's places confirmed

Issues with Lotus and Marussia's entries into this year's Championship have been resolved. Earlier this month when the FIA released the entry list for the 2014 F1 World Championship, both teams were marked "subject to confirmation." However, both Lotus and Marussia were quick to deny that there was any pressing issue that would keep them out of the Championship. That has now proven to be true.
