Marussia confirms payment of entry fees

Marussia has confirmed that it has paid its entry fees for the 2014 F1 championship after a delay at the start of the season.When the official entry list was released by the FIA, both Marussia and Lotus were marked as 'subject to confirmation' entries. However, Marussia sporting director Graeme Lowdon confirmed to Crash.net on Friday in Jerez that the team had resolved the issue.“Entry fee is definitely paid,” Lowdon said. “I think it was a couple of weeks or so ago so not long after [the entry list came out].
