Vettel's Jerez test ends after just 11 laps

Sebastian Vettel certainly hasn't enjoyed the most productive of tests, having completed just 11 laps over two days of testing in Jerez. The reigning champion completed just three laps on Tuesday after the team found a part had been installed incorrectly. The team had hoped for a far more successful second day, but a reported ERS battery issue on the Renault engine left them garage-bound. Vettel has therefore cancelled his evening media arrangements and will fly home tonight, handing the car over to Red Bull team-mate Daniel Ricciardo for what the team hope will be a more successful days running on Thursday and Friday.
