Red Bull finishes early due to car problem

– Red Bull has cut short its Wednesday running at Jerez due to a technical issue with the RB10. The outfit, winners of the past four Drivers' and Constructors' titles, had already been hindered on the opening day of the test, after an error in the car's preparation saw Sebastian Vettel restricted to just three laps. It had hoped to make up for lost ground in today's session, but a suspected energy store issue struck after just eight more laps, leaving the team will little choice but to curtail its programme and work towards a fix. Vettel has flown home, with new team-mate Daniel Ricciardo set to drive on Thursday and Friday.
