Raikkonen fastest on opening day of Jerez winter test

The Formula 1 2014 season is officially underway, with Kimi Raikkonen topping the time sheets on the first day of winter testing at the Jerez circuit. However, it was Lewis Hamilton who had everyone talking after a front wing failure caused him to crash late in the morning. It was a quiet day of on-track action, with a few of the teams working well into the session to get their cars ready for some running. In the end, it was Raikkonen who completed the most laps. The Finn's day didn't get off to the best start after his new F14 T ground to a halt on the first installation lap.
