Caterham sitting on the sidelines

Rather than launching their car on Tuesday and putting in the first laps, Caterham found themselves sidelined at Jerez. Expected to unveil their new car at 8:45am local time, the team instead bowed out. Caterham blamed the delayed debut on "last minute issues" in "bolting" the new car together. "Right, quick update. Unfortunately we're going to delay our 0845 launch as we're having some last minute issues bolting it all together..." Caterham tweeted. "So, anyone expecting to see our car at 0845 today, you're going to have to wait a little longer.... "Our apologies. The trials & tribulations of a completely new car have conspired against us today.......
