Ferrari's 2014 F1 car named F14 T after fan vote

Ferrari revealed the name of its 2014 Formula One car as the F14 T on Friday following a global online poll that offered five options. The poll opened to fans around the world on January 15 and ran for ten days before collecting over 1.1 million votes. “It’s nice to know the name of the car has been chosen by our fans,” Stefano Domenicali told the Ferrari website. “The amazing number of votes shows just how popular Ferrari has always been and this will be, as always, a further impetus for us to do well this year!” The F14T beat the other favourite by just 1.7 percent or 19,104 votes while the other three options fared poorly with more than 60 percent favouring...
