Lotus team up with Saxo Bank

The Lotus F1 team has taken another step towards quashing rumours of a non-starter by signing a sponsorship deal with Saxo Bank. Last season the team's financial woes made headlines especially after it emerged that they had not paid lead driver Kimi Raikkonen his wages. That resulted in the team losing the Finnish driver to Ferrari, however, Lotus were quick to snap up Pastor Maldonado and his PDSVA millions as his replacement.
