Raikkonen doubts rule changes will impact drivers

Kimi Raikkonen does not believe that Formula 1's new regulations will make a big difference for the drivers.
Formula 1 will use 'power units' this season as 1.6 litre v6 turbos replace the v8 engines, which had been in use since 2006. Other changes, such as an Energy Recovery System, are also being introduced.
But Raikkonen, who returns to Ferrari for the 2014 campaign, is doubtful that the changes will be felt by the drivers.
"My feeling is that it's not going to be as different as people think but I might be wrong, hopefully we’ll find out it’s pretty simple," Raikkonen said during a video interview for Ferrari.
