Crash ends promising Monte Carlo rally for Kubica

Sutton Images Enlarge Robert Kubica crashed out of the Monte Carlo Rally on Friday afternoon after making a promising start to his first full WRC campaign. Kubica will drive for M-Sport for the 2014 WRC season and started the year in impressive style by leading in Monte Carlo after the opening two stages on Thursday. However, with heavy snow affecting some stages, he dropped away from the lead but was still in the top three after the opening day. However, day two saw Kubica crash out on SS9.
