Drivers uncertain over effect of 2014 regulation changes
Williams’ Felipe Massa and Force India’s Nico Hulkenberg have admitted they have little clue as to how the raft of regulation changes introduced ahead of the 2014 season will affect Formula One racing. Both drivers believe that they will only begin to understand the implications of racing with the new 1.6-litre turbo powertrains and revised aerodynamic package when pre-season testing gets underway in Jerez in two weeks’ time. “There are many changes for this year but everyone is in the same boat,” said Massa in an interview on Williams’ website.“Until we are in the car we don’t know what we need to learn and what we don’t, things like...
