Williams recruits from Mercedes, Lotus and Force India

Williams has strengthened its technical team ahead of the 2014 season in a bid to return to winning form following several disappointing seasons at the back of the grid. The Grove outfit will take on three new members of staff. Jakob Andreason, formerly of Force India, will become head of engineering operations and will directly under chief technical office Pat Symonds. His focus will be on "better integrating trackside operations with the continued design and development of the Williams-Mercedes FW36 at the factory," according to the team. He will be supported by Craig Wilson, head of vehicle dynamics, and Rod Nelson, chief test and support engineer. Wilson returns to Williams...
