Williams expands engineering team with new recruits

Williams F1 Team Williams has expanded its engineering team after confirming their signing of three members from rival teams. Williams finished in 9th place in the championship in 2013 having scored five points. Jakob Andreasen joins the team from Force India and becomes Head of Engineering Operations, reporting to chief technical officer Pat Symonds. Craig Wilson, rejoins Williams after a stint at Mercedes, will become head of vehicle dynamics. Rob Nelson joins from Lotus as chief test and support engineer.
