Marussia Sporting Director Graeme Lowdon chats to Sky Sports Online about the challenges 2014 will present to the team, the switch to Ferrari power and the reasons for re-signing Max Chilton.What were the reasons for retaining Max Chilton for a second season?Graeme Lowdon: "Two things I think.
