Webber: 'Continuity is king'

Former Red Bull Racing driver Mark Webber believes a 'steady long-term vision' has been crucial to the Milton Keynes-based outfit's success over the last four seasons. The likes of head of aerodynamics Peter Prodromou, Mark Ellis and Giles Wood have all announced that they will leave the team. Writing in a blog about the Premier League's hire-and-fire mentality, he said Red Bull's stability has played a major part in the team's recent dominance.
