Horner expecting rapid rate of development in 2014

Red Bull Racing team principal Christian Horner predicts that the early stages of the 2014 season will see a rapid rate of car development. This season will see the first major change in the regulations since 2009, where teams made significant progress early on in the season as they explored new designs and pushed the rules to the limit. Horner is expecting to see a similarly fast development rate next season. 'Because the regulations are going to be pretty immature, like we saw in 2009 ideas will flow pretty quickly,' he told AUTOSPORT.
