Schumacher 'stable' overnight

Michael Schumacher's manager has confirmed that his condition 'remained stable' during his third night in hospital following a skiing accident on Sunday morning. The seven-time F1 world champion suffered serious head injuries after he fell and hit his head on a rock while skiing off-piste in the French Alps. He was taken to a hospital in Moutiers before being helicoptered to the larger University Hospital of Grenoble. He remains in a medically-induced coma but doctors confirmed in a press conference on Tuesday morning that brain scans showed 'slight improvement' which opened the window to operate for a second time.
