Schumi 'fighting for his life'

Michael Schumacher "is fighting for his life" and remains in a medically induced coma after suffering head trauma in a ski accident. The seven-time World Champion fell and hit his head on a rock while skiing with his son at Meribel on Sunday morning. Airlifted to the University Hospital of Grenoble, he underwent neurosurgical intervention and was placed in a medically induced coma. His doctors, including Professor Jean-Francois Payen, held a press conference on Monday to update the world on Schumacher's condition. "I'd say this accident happened in the right place because he was taken into hospital immediately and operated on as soon as he arrived," said Payen....
