Rosberg to test for Mercedes

Nico Rosberg will drive for Mercedes on all three days of the Bahrain tyre test.Following pressure from the F1's tyre supplier Pirelli to conduct a pre-Christmas test with 2013 cars, the FIA confirmed last week that a three-day session had been organised in the Middle East. Four teams - Red Bull, Ferrari, Toro Rosso and Mercedes - have signed up to participate. And although fellow front-runners Red Bull and Ferrari have opted against sending their race drivers to Sakhir, Mercedes will run Rosberg throughout in the three times race-winning W04. It means that despite some reports that he might appear, Lewis Hamilton will not now drive again until pre-season testing gets underway in late...
