2014 regulations 'perfect' for Vettel - Webber

Getty Images Enlarge Mark Webber says the 2014 regulations are likely to be "perfect" for Sebastian Vettel as he chases a fifth consecutive drivers' title. Vettel put together a dominant run of form which saw him win the final nine races of the 2013 season as he wrapped up his fourth championship. New engine regulations as well as aerodynamic changes could see a change in the competitive order next year, but Webber believes Red Bull will be "very strong" and that the new rules will play to Vettel's strengths.
