Mercedes can beat Red Bull – Rosberg

Nico Rosberg believes the improvements made in 2013 are proof that the team has the potential to challenge Red Bull Racing next year. The team had a difficult 2012 campaign that ended with them scoring just six points in six races. However, they bounced back to score three victories and eight pole positions en route to second in the constructors' standings this season. Despite finishing 236 points behind Red Bull Racing, the German driver believes the improvements made between 2012 and 2013 prove they can challenge the four-time teams' champions.
