Caterham want experience and youth

Caterham will move away from an inexperienced line-up next season as the team wants to sign one established driver. This year, the backmarker outfit's most experienced, Charles Pic, had just one year under his belt before joining Caterham while Giedo van der Garde was a rookie. The late of track time cost the team and they finished at the very bottom of the standings having lost to Marussia. Next year, though, Caterham intend putting at least one recognised driver in the mix.
