Bernie reveals Alonso disappointment

Bernie Ecclestone admitted on Monday that he was somewhat disappointed with Fernando Alonso's performances in 2013 and hinted that the two-time World Champion has been looking for a move away from Ferrari. Alonso finished the season in second place in the Drivers' Championship standings behind Sebastian Vettel for the third time in four years, but his performances couldn't help Ferrari finish higher than third in the Constructors' Champs. McLaren had made no secret previously that they would welcome the Spaniard back to Woking after he spent an unsuccessful season there in 2007 if he was open to the move.
