Massa penalty 'ridiculous' – Montezemolo

Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo has described the FIA steward's decision to penalise Felipe Massa during the Brazilian Grand Prix as 'ridiculous.' The Brazilian driver was running in fourth place in his final race for Ferrari when he was handed a drive-through penalty for crossing the white line at the pit entry with all four wheels. He lost out on a potential podium finish due to the unscheduled trip through the pitlane, with team-mate Fernando Alonso saying after the race that he was ready to move aside and give the 32-year-old the third.
