Busy winter ahead for Alonso

There will be very little time to rest over the winter for Fernando Alonso, who revealed he will be working at Ferrari until December 21st as they plan their route back to title success. With his team-mate for next year, Kimi Raikkonen, currently recovering from back surgery, Alonso is set to complete most of the development work on their 2014 challenger and new V6 Turbo power unit – particularly in Ferrari's simulator. He told Sky Sports F1 after the 2013 season finale in Brazil: 'Until Christmas time we are quite busy in Ferrari with some events with sponsors and then in Maranello many parties with the people working in Ferrari and their families.
