“Magnussen deserves McLaren seat” says former teammate Nasr

Interlagos, BRAZIL, November 24th, 2013 (F1Plus / Bruno Ferreira) - Kevin Magnussen’s former teammate Felipe Nasr believes that the young Danish driver deserved to be promoted to McLaren next year. Magnussen, 21 years old, will replace Sergio Perez in the British team after dominating the Formula Renault 3.5 series with five victories in the 2013 season. Nasr, who raced alongside him at Carlin in 2011 in British Formula 3, praised Magnussen’s skills. “Kevin has always been involved with McLaren so it was expected he would have an opportunity.
