First points delight Bottas

Valtteri Bottas was delighted to pick up his first points in Formula 1 after finishing eighth at the United States Grand Prix. The Williams driver impressed throughout the weekend in Austin, making it into Q3 for the first time since the Canadian Grand Prix in June, but on this occasion following it up with four points to move above team-mate Pastor Maldonado in the Drivers' Championship. The result should also secure ninth in the Constructors' Championship for the Grove-based outfit from any shock points for Caterham or Marussia in Brazil and the Finn stressed the performance was a team effort. "It is a great day and I am very happy for the team," Bottas told Sky Sports F1....
