Perez confirms McLaren exit: No regrets

Sergio Perez has confirmed that he will be leaving McLaren at the end of this season after just one year with the Woking team. Joining McLaren at the start of this season, Perez had hoped for race victories and a shot at the World title. Instead the team struggled with neither the 23-year-old nor his team-mate Jenson Button even claiming a single podium. And although at one point it appeared as if Perez would stay on for a second season, in recent days various sourced have stated that he will be replaced by rookie driver Kevin Magnussen.
