Mistake cost me pole - Vettel
Getty Images Enlarge Sebastian Vettel said he should have been on pole position if he hadn't made any mistakes during qualifying for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Team-mate Mark Webber beat Vettel to pole with an impressive final lap, with the majority of the gains coming in the first sector. Replays then showed that Vettel had run slightly wide at Turn 1 on his last run and he said after qualifying that he only had himself to blame. "I think it's a great result for the team first of all, Mercedes were very strong, both Nico [Rosberg] and Lewis [Hamilton] in Q2.
