Webber beats Vettel to Abu Dhabi pole

Mark Webber denied Red Bull teammate Sebastian Vettel pole position at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on Saturday after the Australian pipped the recently crowned four-time world champion by a tenth of a second. For his second pole of the season, his first at the Yas Marina circuit and the second in three races, Webber clocked a time of 1minute 39.957 seconds to be the only driver to fall in that time bracket. The Red Bull duo were followed by the Mercedes pair of Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton, who spun in his final run prompting the yellow flags to be waved.
