Webber claims Abu Dhabi pole

Mark Webber has claimed pole position for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix ahead of his Red Bull team-mate Sebastian Vettel.Webber pulled it out of the bag in the closing moments of the session to pip Vettel and secure the 13th pole position of his career. That equals Sir Jack Brabham's record for poles set by an Australian driver. Red Bull eased clear during the final session after Mercedes had earlier appeared capable of challenging. In the end, though, Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton had to settle for third and fourth on the grid, with the Briton spinning out on his final flying lap.
